Hermes Financial Solutions Ltd/Debt Dr will act on your instructions
at all times with a courteous, professional manner and in accordance
with all relevant legislation. We will provide our best efforts
in delivering a solution to your current financial difficulties;
occasionally however, despite our attempts, your creditors may not
accept the proposals we have made and indeed they may continue to
add interest and charges onto your account. In these circumstances
we will continue working on your behalf until an alternative solution
is found.
The fees you have paid/will pay are for the attempt we make and
are not based on guaranteed success and are therefore not refundable
unless previously agreed in writing by a Director of Hermes Financial
Solutions Ltd.
The information you provide will be taken in good faith and is
assumed to be a true representation of your current position. If,
after further investigation serious irregularities are discovered,
we reserve the right to charge further fees if additional work is
required or to withdraw our services without any refund being given.
You have the right to a 7-day cancellation period, exercised by
writing to this office, however, if we need to take immediate action
in order to benefit your position then you will have agreed to waive
this option.
In the unlikely event of a complaint being made against the company
or any individual working on behalf of Hermes Financial Solutions/Debt
Dr then on receipt of a written statement, our grievance policy
will take effect and our files will be made available to a Trading
Standards official with a request for an independent assessment.
The decision of the officer will be accepted by the company. |
